1 litre jar of sauerkraut
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 cup white sugar
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 medium onion (can use purple for color)
1 cup thinly sliced celery
celery seed for added flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Drain off juice and squeeze dry sauerkraut. Combine oil, vinegar, and white sugar in a bowl, beat with mixer until well blended then add to dry sauerkraut with rest of ingredients. Store in jar and keep refridgerated.

Better if made the day before. Will last for a while in refridgerator.
