1 bx Jiffy Corn Bread Mix
1 Can of Milk
2 large eggs
1/2 cup self-rising flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbls. Baking Powder
1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
1/2/ c. Sour Cream
2 can of Cream Corn
1 Can of whole kernel corn

Directions:

Preheat Oven to 375º

Spray 9 x 12 container with non-stick spray (PAM) or butter

Pour mixture in Bowl and place in preheated oven.

Bake for 50 - 60 minutes
