1 c. Molasses
2 1/2 c. self rising flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 c. Sour Cream
1 c. Whole Milk
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
2 c. Molasses
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees.

Coat 9 x 12 container with non-stick spray (PAM)

Mix Flour, Sugar, Baking Soda, Baking Powder, Cinnamon, Vanilla, Nutmeg, Milk and Egg together. Mix very well. Add molasses and pecans into the mixture.

Pour mixture into 9 x 12 container.

Bake 40 - 45 minutes. (Insert toothpick in middle to ensure the break is completely done).

Serve with whip cream.
