Base: 2 cups flour
1/2 cup butter ( do not use margarine )
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1 egg beaten


Filling: 1 1/2 cups white sugar
1/2 cup flour
4 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup melted butter
2 eggs beaten


Directions:
Directions:
Place base mixture in an 8 x 8 pan. (no need to grease pan) Then place filling mixture on top. Add the 1 cup of leftover reserve (crumbed mixture) on top of filling.
Sprinkle with cinnamon & sugar (1 tbsp. of each)
Bake in a 325 degrees oven for about 45 minutes to an hour.

Note: Keep an eye watch as cake may be done sooner.
