1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 cup chopped onion
1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
1/4 tsp hot sauce
16 oz {4cups} grated cheddar cheese
4 cans diced green chiles {4 oz}
6 eggs
2 1/2 cups milk
1/3 cup flour
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salsa for serving

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and onion, drain. Add all seasonings, layer half the chiles on sprayed 13X9 pan, top with half the cheese and all the meat on cheese. Place remaining chiles on top of meat mixture, add remaining cheese. Mix eggs, milk and flour, pour over casserole, bake uncovered 45-60 min or until hot 350º oven.
