2 pounds frozen hash browns
2 tins cream of mushroom soup
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
1 - 500 ml. container of sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

grated cheddar or parmesan for the topping

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 inch pan with Pam.

In a large bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients. (Thawing the potatoes makes them easier to mix)
Pour into baking dish, add topping and bake 350 degrees for 1-1 1/2 hours.

This can be cut into serving size pieces and frozen.
