Crust:
2 pkg fudge covered mint cookies, crushed
½ c butter, melted
1¼c chocolate chips, melted

Filling:
10 oz white confectioners candy wafers, melted
1 pkg softened cream cheese
1 tsp peppermint extract
~6 drops green food colouring

Topping:
¼ c melted chocolate chips

Directions:

Crust:
Mix all ingredients together and press firmly into 8x10 pan. Put in freezer for 5-10 minutes until hard.
Filling:
Mix ingredients together, spread over hardened crust.
Topping:
Drizzle melted chocolate over filling to decorate.
While at room temperature, cut into rectangles, then triangles. Chill.
