Ingredients:  
1 (9 in) baked crust
1 and 1/2 qt strawberries
3 T cornstarch
1 c sugar
2 T lemon juice
Whipped cream
Directions:
Directions:
Rinse berries; set best 1/2 aside. Mash other 1/2 berries. Combine with corn starch and sugar; cook until thick and clear. Remove from heat. Cool, stir i lemon juice and pour into pie shell over best berries. Cool completely and serve with whipped cream.
