1 lb ground beef
1 small onion
2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 quart saurkraut drained
2 cups uncooked egg noodles
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
grated cheese for topping

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, salt and pepper. Spread 1/2 of meat mixture in 9X13 pan top with saurkraut and then the rest of the meat. Put noodles on top. Mix soups with 1-2 cans water pour over making sure to cover noodles. Bake 30 mins at 350º, spread cheese and bake till melted.
