Notes: Elana and I love making these chocolate Cookie Balls. They're easy to make, people love them and we have fun experimenting with different ingredients to put in the cake balls (Kahlua, Coffee Liquor, Cherry pieces/ juice, chili spices). Elana and I usually double the recipe to make 100 cookie pieces. We usually add ground up coffee to give them a real coffee flavor, along with the Coffee liquor. Make sure to reduce the milk by the amount of liquid you add to the recipe. Enjoy!
