3 tablespoons oil
2 large onions, chopped
1-1/1/2 lbs. diced pork
1 tsp salt
1 tablespoon paprika
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
3 tablespoons flour
2 cups soup stock or water

Directions:
Directions:
Add diced pork and oil in dutch oven and fry until light brown. Add chopped onions and fry until brown. Add salt, paprika ,and red pepper. Fry for several minutes while stirring. Sprinkle flour over meat and stir. Add soup or water, stir well and simmer covered for about 1 hour or until meat is tender. Serve with polenta.
