Grilled Kohlrabi Recipe

2 fresh kohlrabi stems, 3 - 5 inches
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the kohlrabi stems leaving just the white vegetable. Slice it across the widest part in 1/4 inch slices.

Coat the kohlrabi slices with olive oil and dust with salt and pepper to taste.

Grill on the BBQ for several minutes on each side as you would a potato.

Serve hot with a bit more salt and pepper. An option is to add a bit of heat to the spice via Tabasco sauce, cayenne powder or Sriracha sauce.
