1 pkg. lime jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. horseradish (3 for extra ZIP)
1 c. cottage cheese (small curd)

Dissolve jello, chill until partially set, stir in the other ingredients and chill overnight to set.
