6 T. butter
12 cheese blintzes (frozen)
5 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. sour cream
1 1/4 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sugar
3 T. orange juice

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in baking dish. Roll blintzes in the melted butter.

Beat all remaining ingredients together thoroughly. Pour over blintzes and bake at 350º for 1 hour 10 minutes or until set, puffy and golden brown.
