Dough
1 1/2 Brick of Cream Cheese
1/2 c. Butter
1 1/2 c. Flour

Fillling
1/2 lb of Fresh Mushrooms - Minced (Use Food Processor)
1 Large Onion - Minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Thyme
2 tbsp Flour
1/4 c. Sour Cream
1 Egg Beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Cheese and butter, then add flour. Make into a soft dough. Wrap in wax paper and put into fridge for a least on hour.

Heat oven to 450º
In fry pan over medium heat add 3 tbsp of butter. Saute mushrooms and onions until tender. Stir in salt, thyme and flour until blended. Stir in sour cream. Remove from heat.

Roll out dough and cut in circles - when folded in half will be the size of turnover. Place 1 tsp of mixture in center. Brush half edges with beaten egg. Fold over and press edge with fork. Brush top with egg and prick with for on top in 3 places.

Bake 12-15 minutes until golden. These freeze well. To reheat - Cookie sheet at 350º until warm
