2 c. uncooked Rice (Not Minute Rice)
1 Package of Onion Soup Mix
3 c. Water (Use Juice from Mushrooms to make up 3 Cups)
1/4 c. Oil
1/2 c. Soy Sauce
1 can Mushrooms, drained or use fresh if you have them on hand.

Mix Cover Bake at 350º stirring occasionally for approximately

Nana would make this with ribs and we would put sauce from ribs on rice!! Yummm!!!!
