4 thick slices bacon, diced and fried
2 T. bacon drippings, reserved
4 oz. egg noodles, cooked
1-16 oz. jar sauerkraut, undrained

In 1½ quart casserole, sprayed with non-stick spray, stir in first 3 ingredients. Pour bacon grease over top. Cover. Bake at 350º for 45 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
