5 green chili peppers, Anaheim or Poblano
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped
2 tbsp. oil
5 tsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coriander
2 C. chicken broth
1 tsp. lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
Roast green peppers for 400º for 10-20 minutes, until skins blacken and blister. Put peppers in a sealed ziplock bag and steam for 10 minutes, peel and chop. Saute chopped onion and garlic cloves in oil. Add flour and coriander; cook 4 minutes. Add peppers, chicken broth, salt and lime juice. Puree in blender or food processor.
