1 c. white sugar
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. canola oil
1/2 c. margarine
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract (optional)
2 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. oats
1 bag chocolate chips

Directions:

Mix sugars, oil, and margarine.

Mix in eggs.

Add in salt, baking soda, and extracts. Mix.

Mix in flour and oats.

Add chocolate chips and mix.

I like to freeze the dough overnight (makes the cookies soooo good), but if there's no time, just roll out cookies (smaller the better) and bake at 350º for 8 or 9 minutes. The cookies are going to look raw, but take them out anyway and let sit for a minute on the baking tray. This keeps them super soft and delish!
