2 Cups Cooked Mashed Potatoes
2 Tbsp Margarine
2 Tbsp Flour
½ Tsp pepper
1 Cup Chicken Broth
¼ Cup Cream
2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
2 Cups Diced Cooked Chicken
Salt to Taste
1 Cup Fresh Mushrooms
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line buttered 8” or 9” pie plate with potatoes (if double use cake pan). Melt margarine in pan, stir in flour and seasoning. Add broth (can use bouillon cube to 1 cup water for broth) gradually. Stir until boiling. Add cream and mushrooms. Cooke a few minutes. Put diced chicken in potato lined pan. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 25 – 35 minutes.
