Whip:
3 Egg Whites
1 Cup Sugar
Till stands in peaks Add:
1 Tsp. Vanilla
1 Tsp. Vinegar
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
18 Crushed Soda Crackers
Place in greased 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes. Cool for 1 hour.

8 Oz. Cream Cheese
1 Cup Whipping Cream
½ Cup Powder Sugar
1 ½ Tsp. Vanilla
Whip cream, add everything else and put on crust. Cool at least 2 hours. Put 1 can chilled pie filling on top.
