1 cup warm water
1 tsp white sugar
2 pkg yeast (or 2 tbsp.)
3 cups warm water
3 tbsp honey, melted
1 tsp salt
8 tbsp. cooking oil
2 eggs, slightly beaten
8-10 cups all purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place yeas in cup of warm water and let stand for 10 minutes. Mix remaining liquid and salt. Add all liquid and beaten eggs to flour in large bowl. Stir well and place on floured surface; knead well; place back in bowl, cover and let rise until double in bulk. Knead down and let rise again. Now make into buns; let rise for an hour. Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes.
