Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups blueberries
1 cup water
2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp lemon juice, or lime if preferred
1/3 cup pectin, 1 box dry pectin

Directions:
Directions:
In large heavy pan place blueberries and water. Mash berries and cook over medium low heat until hot and bubbly. Mix together sugar and pectin and add to berries; whisk until all is dissolved. Heat until hot and Bubbly, let bubble for 2 minutes; reduce heat to simmer for 10 to 15 minutes or so. Spoon into hot sterile jelly jars, seal with hot sterile lids and rings. Put through hot water bath; bring water to a rolling boil; turn off heat. Let sit 10 minutes or so. Remove from hot water bath and let cool completely. Label and store in dark cool place. Makes about 3 jelly jars full.

Always make your jam in small batches for the best result. I usually make several batches, put in my jars and seal with rings and lids…let aside until all batches are done….then put all thru the bath together.
