¼ c. olive or vegetable oil
½ tsp. garlic powder
4 bone-in chicken breast halves (about 2 lbs.)
1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, cut into small chunks
2 carrots, sliced
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450°. In large plastic bag or bowl, add all ingredients. Close bag and shake, or toss in bowl, until chicken and vegetables are evenly coated. In 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan, arrange chicken, breast side up, and vegetables; discard bag. Bake uncovered, basting halfway through, 45 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and vegetables are done.
*You can also use Lipton Onion-Mushroom, Golden Onion, Savory Herb with Garlic or Fiesta Herb with Red Pepper Soup Mix.
