1 1/2 cup flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. powdered nutmeg
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp. finely cut parsley

Directions:

mix dry ingredients
beat egg & add to milk
stir in dry ingredients, beat well, drop by spoon, cook uncovered 15 minutes turn frequently, sprinkle w/parsley
