Crust:
1 1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 stick soft butter

Filling:
8 oz. softened cream cheese
1 c. confectioners sugar
8 oz. cool whip

2nd Layer:
2 pkgs. lemon instant pudding
3 c. whole milk

Topping:
8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and press crust ingredients into a 9x13 inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes and cool.
Next: Cream filling ingredients and spread on cooled crust. Refrigerate while making the 2nd layer.
Next: Beat the 2 pkgs. of lemon pudding with milk.
Pour on cream cheese layer.
Top with 8 oz. cool whip, and refrigerate until set (at least 4 hours). You can substitute any favorite pudding for the lemon.
