Make a devils food cake mix in a 9 x 11 cake pan (as directed on package). Using the handle of a wooden spoon punch holes in the cooked cake, allow to cool. Pour a can of sweetened condensed milk over the top of the cake and a jar of Carmel ice cream topping. Refrigerate and before serving top with an 8 oz tub of cool whip.
