1 pkg French vanilla cake mix
1 small pkg instant pistachio pudding
4 eggs
1/4 cup oil
1/8 cup water
1 cup sour cream
6oz jar maraschino cherries, drained and chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350º

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, oil, water and sour cream. Beat on low speed to combine. Increase speed and beat 2 to 3 minutes. Fold in cherries and walnuts. Combine sugar and cinnamon in small bowl. Sprinkle a portion of sugar/cinnamon mixture in bottoms of 2 greas3ed loaf pans (9X5). Spread prepared batter in pans and sprinkle with remaining sugar/cinnamon mixture. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Cool in pans for ten minutes. remove from pans and cool completely on wire rack.
