1 lb. lean ground beef (sirloin, 93% fat free)
1 tsp. Morton's Tender Quick
3/4 tsp. coarse black pepper
1 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. liquid smoke

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients with water (enough to bind the meat together). Knead the mixture and refrigerate. Kneed once a day for 3 days while keeping covered in the refrigerator. After three days, shape into logs, bake 1 hour at 350º on rack in a pan, so drippings collect. Refrigerate and enjoy sliced with cheese. You can freeze sausages for later.
