1/2 package of crinkly noodles
2 T. of melted margarine
2 T. of flour
1 c. milk
1 can of tuna, drained
1/2 - 3/4 c. crumbled potato chips or crushed crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Cook noodles in salted boiling water according to package directions until tender. While noodles are cooking, prepare white sauce: mix melted margarine and flour until heated, gradually stir in milk on med. heat until smooth gravy thickens. Add tuna. Mix tuna mixture and noodles, and put in 1 to 1 1/2 quart greased baking dish. Cook for 15 minutes in 350º oven until warm and bubbly. (You can also put in microwave to heat). If adding crushed potato chips or crackers, sprinkle on top of casserole before putting in oven to heat.

I made this for my girls, and even if it is simple, they loved the noodle and tuna mixture, and fills the tummy on a cold night.
