6 cups peeled and sliced peaches
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
3 tbsp flour
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Topping:
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teas nutmeg
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix brown sugar, flour and cinnamon. Add peaches and stir well. Put in a sprayed 9x13 dish. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg. Beat vanilla in with egg and stir into dry mixture until it resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the peaches. Pour butter evenly over topping. Bake at 375º for 35-40 min. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
