2 c. (8 oz.) grated Monterrey Jack cheese
2 c. grated cheddar cheese
2 c. small curd cottage cheese
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 (4 1/2 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Butter 9 X 13" casserole. Beat eggs in large bowl, stir in cheese, add remaining ingredients and mix well. Pour into prepared dish. Bake at 325 degrees until edges are golden brown and center is set. - 35 to 45 minutes. Serve with salsa fresca.
