1/4 cup butter
1 large onion
1/4 cup flour
1 can evaporated milk
32 oz chicken broth
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
14 oz broccoli
8 oz velveeta cheese
1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded parmesan

Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat. Add onion. Saute 4 minutes or until tender. Stir in flour. Cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute. Gradually stir in milk until smooth. Pour milk mixture into lightly greased 4 qt slow cooker. Stir in broth and next 3 ingredients. Cover and cook on low 4 hours or until bubbly
Add cheese cubes, stirring until cheese melts. Add cheddar cheese and parmesan cheese, stirring until melted. Serve immediately
