5 lbs. Cooked chicken or turkey cut into bite sized pieces
1 lb. pkg elbow macaroni
4 C. chicken broth
1 ½ C. celery cut up
1 sm. jar pimentos
1 sm. can mushrooms ends and pieces
1 lrg. can mushroom soup
1 C. milk
12 oz. pkg. cracker barrel cheddar cheese (grated)

Directions:

Cook pasta in 3 C. chicken broth. (Add boiling water if necessary to keep from getting low.) Do not drain.

Add soup and milk to pasta. Sauté chopped celery in remaining broth and add to pasta mixture.

Combine rest of ingredients and ½ of cheese. Put in large flat casserole. Cover with remaining cheese.

Cover with foil until cheese melts. Bake 40-50 min. at 350º. Let stand a few minutes before serving (~ 10 min.).
