Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 large package of Tuna, packed in water
3 green onions, cut into small pieces
3 boiled eggs, cut into small pieces
1/3 cup of shredded Parmesan
1/3 cup of sharp cheddar (Block cheeses shredded at home works best)
hand full of fresh flat leaf parsley cut into small pieces
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Light Miracle Whip - amount is up to you depending on how wet or dry you like your tuna salad
Optonal - You can add a tablespoons of Ranch Dressing to add to the taste.

Directions:

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
Before serving you can top with thin slices of cucumber and Roma tomatoes cut into pieces (I remove seeds)
