Ingredients:  
3 to 4 large chicken breasts (Cooked in crock pot w/chicken broth)
4 green onions, cut into small pieces
10 to 12 small or 6 large pickles cut into small pieces
hand full of fresh flat leaf parsley, cut into small pieces
salt & pepper to taste
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
Light Miracle Whip - amount is up to you depending on how wet or dry you like your chicken salad.
Optional - small amount of shoe string carrots cut into small pieces.

Break apart chicken with your hands into a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and mix in a large bowl.
