4 lbs ground beef
2 -15 oz cans tomato sauce
2 -12 oz cans tomato paste
1/2 cup sugar
4 bay leaves
2 chopped onion
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
5 tsp chili powder
2 tsp vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Do not brown beef. Put all ingredient in a large pot. Cook 2-3 hours. Stir every 20 minutes, keeping the temperature on low. Take out bay leaves before serving.
