1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 sour cream or sour milk (my preference is sour cream)
2 1/2 cup flour
4 Tbsp (heaping) cocoa
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together the first 3 ingredients, margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs, vanilla and sour cream. Mix the remaining dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Stir in 2 cups finely diced zucchini and put into a 9" x 13" greased and floured pan. Bake in oven @ 350º for 40 - 45 minutes.
Sprinkle 1/2 to 1 cup chocolate chips on top.
(I have also used a bundt pan baking for 60 minutes.)
