1 lb chuck beef, cut in strips
2 Tbsp oil
1 small onion, diced
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
13 oz can of mushrooms (or fresh)
2 Tbsp ketchup
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions:

Cook the first 4 ingredients for 5 minutes. Combine the rest of the ingredients then heat through and serve over noodles.
