1 cup kalamata olives, pitted
1/4 cup large green olives, pitted
1.t TBS capers, drained
1 clove garlic, grated
1 tsp lemon juice
2 TBS olive oil
Fresh pita or small toast rounds

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a food processor, combine olives, capers, garlic, and lemon juice. Process with brief pulses until coarsely chopped. Scrap everything down, then with machine running, slowly add the olive oil. Continue chopping until as coarse or fine as you like it.
2. This can rest at room temperature for 2 hours, or a couple of days in the refrigerator. Let come to room temperature if stored in the refrigerator.
3. Serve with slightly toasted bread rounds or pita bread.
