1/2 lb. of sweet Italian sausage(ground)
2/3 C. uncooked long-grain rice
6 C. beef broth
1 can navy beans, rinsed&drained
1 can diced tomatoes
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 box frozen spinach,thawed & squeezed dry

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground sausage in a stew pot. Add rice, beef broth, beans, tomatoes, and pepper. Bring to a boil and simmer covered 12-15 minutes, until rice is tender. Stir in chopped spinach and let simmer.
