1 yellow cake mix or spice cake mix
1 15oz. can pumpkin

Glaze:
1 1/2 cup powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. apple cider
3/4 teas. pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
Directions:
Mix pumpkin with dry cake mix. Spread in greased 7x11 pan, or loaf pan. Bake 350º for 28 minutes, (a little longer for loaf pan) until toothpick comes out clean. Invert cake onto serving platter after cooling 10 min. Mix glaze ingredients and spoon over warm cake. Serve cake with additional glaze if desired.
