4 cups diced celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 cup butter
4 qts bread cubes stuffing bread
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Over a dozen eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Cook celery and onion in butter. Blend bread cubes and seasonings. Cool celery and onion and pour over mix. Add eggs until moist. Stuff turkey, chicken or bake in a casserole dish 3 1/2 - 4 hours at 325º
