4 Heaping Tbsp. of Reduced-Fat Peanut Butter (crunchy or creamy)
1 1/2 Heaping Tbsp. tub margarine or butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 box confectioners sugar
1/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Melt peanut butter and margarine/butter in microwave; add vanilla; beat confectioners
sugar into peanut butter mixture in small amounts alternately with the milk. Spread on
cooled cake.

Note: May increase milk if too thick or add more sugar if too thin. Peanut butter can be adjusted
for taste, also.
