Ingredients:

1/2 c. oil
1 lb. Italian sausage.
large can of Italian tomatoes (or puree)
1 can of tomatoe paste (7oz)
1 c. of water
Add 1 c. chopped onion
salt and oregano to taste.
1 lb. of pasta.

Bragiola: Round steak(thin-sliced)
salt,
pepper,
bread crumbs,
garlic,
parsley
parmesan cheese.
hard boiled egg
thin sliced salami,
cut up sausage meat.

Meatballs:
1 lb. ground beef
ground garlic
salt and pepper,
parsley,
1/2 c. bread crumbs,
1/3 c. parmesan cheese
2 eggs.

Heat about 1/2 c. oil in frying pan. When oil is hot add: Bragiola, meatballs and 1 lb. Italian sausage. Brown on all sides until done. Save fat after frying meat. Bragiola and meatball recipes below:
While browning meat start sauce: Put large can of Italian tomatoes (or puree) and 1 can of tomatoe paste (7oz) in large pan. Add about 1 c. of water
and mix. Cook until it comes to a boil. Then add bragiola (including fat) but not too much. Add 1 c. chopped onion, salt and oregano to taste. Let cook for about 1/2 hour, then add sausage. Let cook another 1/2 hour and add meatballs. Cook for another 1/2 hours. If sauce gets too thick add more water and put on lower heat. This makes enough for 1 lb. of pasta.

Bragiola: Round steak(thin-sliced) salt, pepper, bread crumbs, garlic, parsley, and parmesan cheese.
Place round steak on flat board and sprinkle with salt and pepper,ground garlic, bread crumbs, parsley and cheese. Slice thin a hard boiled egg and place on top, you can also add thin sliced salami, or if you like cut up sausage meat. Roll into a tube and tie with household string and cut into 2 pieces.

Meatballs:
1 lb. ground beef, ground garlic salt and pepper, parsley, and 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 1/3 c. parmesan cheese and 2 eggs. Mix together and make meatballs.
