3 tbsp Oil
4 tbsp Flour
1 can Evaporated Milk
1 can Milk
1/2 loaf French Bread
Salt and Peper to taste


Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in pan on medium high.
Stir in flour and keep stirring until the flour has turned nut brown.
Once flour has turned brown pour can of evaporated milk into pan then measure out regular milk into can an add to mix. Bring to boil.
Stir in salt and pepper to taste.
Stir continually until the milk mixture has thickened and turn off heat.

Tear off pieces of bread and spoon gravy over the bread.

You can add sausage to this if you want.

If you put too much salt in then add more milk and cook longer till it is reduced to the desired thickness.

To double the recipe- double the milks but only add 1 tbsp more of the oil and flour.
