1 LB. BOX THIN NOODLES
6 EGGS
1 LARGE CAN CRUSHED PINEAPPLE
1 CUP SUGAR
1 STICK BUTTER ***
PINCH OF SALT
2 TEASPOONS VANILLA

***If making PAREVE use non dairy margarine instead of butter

BOIL NOODLES AND DRAIN - MELT BUTTER, BEAT EGGS, ADD SUGAR AND BUTTER, SALT, AND VANILLA. POUR INTO BOWL WITH NOODLES AND TOSS, ADD PINEAPPLE AND TOSS. POUR INTO BUTTERED 3 QUART RECTANGULAR PAN. SPRINKLE WITH CINNAMON SUGAR AND PUT IN REFRIGERATOR OVERNIGHT BEFORE BAKING.

BAKE AT 350 FOR ONE HOUR.
