Bottom Layer
1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick margarine or butter, melted
2 eggs

Top Layer
1 lb. box powdered sugar
1 8 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
2 large eggs

Bottom Layer
Mix well and spread evenly in greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan.

Top Layer
Mix well and spread evenly over bottom layer. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350º, or until golden brown. (Some suggest sprinkling the cake with powdered sugar.)
