1 bottle Russian dressing
8 oz. apricot preserves
1 envelope Lipton onion soup

Mix all the above and pour it on boneless, skinless chicken breasts. Bake at 350º for 35-45 min. Great with rice.

1. There are variations to this recipe. Inge Omland, grandma's friend from Long Island, makes this with whole cranberry sauce instead of the apricot preserves. And grandma probably has other variations, too.

2. The baking time is not exact...I haven't made this in a long time....but the original recipe was for chicken pieces and to bake for one hour. I am guessing with boneless, skinless, the baking time would be 35-45 min.

3. Can cut the chicken into smaller parts and make it like an appetizer (like meatballs in the sweet sauce).
