1 can refried beans
1 c. picante sauce
1 c. (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1c. (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
1 pkg. (3 oz) cream cheese, softened
1 T. chili powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
tortilla chips
salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients. Transfer to a slow cooker. Cover and cook on high for 2 hours or until heated through, stirring once or twice. Serve with tortilla chips and salsa.

I usually just mix this right in the crock pot but I put in the cream cheese first and mix the refried beans with it to get the lumps out of the cream cheese. Just a note, pre-shredded cheese, packaged like that in the store, doesn't melt as well into the dip so I usually buy a block of cheese and shred it myself.
